Once we have received your order, we will send you an electronic invoice to your email address as a purchase confirmation. It is important to enter the correct e-mail address when ordering. It is recommended that you save the confirmation email to facilitate any future contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or cash on delivery with a minimum charge of management fees. Regarding payment by credit or debit card, PayPal handles all our banking transactions. Royal Watch does not manage any credit card numbers directly.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay securely with Visa, AMEX or MasterCard over the Internet. Payment is managed by Paypal with secure encryption and in compliance with strict banking standards. Credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or consulted by anyone other than the user's bank. Royal Watch does not charge additional fees for payments made by credit card. However, the bank may charge a fee depending on the card and the bank itself. When paying by credit or debit card, the initial conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment is recorded following the sending of an order, Royal Watch S.r.l. reserves the right to automatically delete it.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices displayed on the Royal Watch website, www.royalwatch.it, are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. In the event that an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be removed upon validation of the order or earlier depending on the country in which the product will be delivered. In the event that an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to duties and taxes collected when the shipment reaches the delivery address. You are responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. Royal Watch has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as the amounts vary from country to country. PLACE AN ORDER
Orders placed in the name of another person without their consent will be reported to the authorities. Royal Watch reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as in finalized sales. If a price is incorrect, Royal Watch reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best possible way. This procedure can be done at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 7 days of receiving it. This right applies only in the event that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the state in which they were at the time of receipt. If the customer exercises the right to return an order, he must contact Royal Watch to obtain the address to which the goods can be sent. Return shipping is paid by Royal Watch. If you live in a geographic area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be required to pay for the return shipment. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact Royal Watch within 7 days to inquire about any compensation.
Warranty period: two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch (movement, case, glass). Parts other than the above are not covered by the warranty. To receive a warranty change, you must respect it. In the email, please include your first name, last name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem you are having. Finally, in the subject line, enter the PURCHASE complaint (order-related complaint) in the field of the email that will be sent to us. The return is paid for by Royal Watch. If Royal Watch does not detect any of the defects described above, the product will be returned to the customer.
Repairs / replacements will be charged in the following cases, even if they occurred within the warranty period:
• Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (bumps, dents, crushing, glass breakage, etc.);
• Failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification;
• Failure or damage caused by fire or water or a natural disaster such as earthquake;
• Aesthetic changes due to normal wear and aging of the material (minor scratches etc. on the case and / or glass, discolouration of the strap and abrasion of the plating);
• If the place and date of purchase are not indicated on the guarantee or if this information has been changed;
• If the warranty is not provided with the watch;
• Battery replacement will also be charged during the warranty period.
The case, dial, hands, glass, strap or other parts of the watch can be replaced with equivalent spare parts if the original spare parts are not available.
This warranty ensures the possibility of receiving a free replacement, in accordance with the conditions of use set out therein and within the prescribed period, and does not limit any legitimate rights of the customer.
Royal Watch reserves the right to adjust prices, apply additional costs, change its product line and related information without notice. The purpose of the images and product information made available by Royal Watch is to reflect the products as much as possible. Some errors may occur despite constant efforts to ensure that all content on this website is accurate. Royal Watch cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. All images must be seen as illustrations. Product images may vary depending on the color setting defined on your screen.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Royal Watch ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with postal services and their partners. The customer has the right to cancel purchases and return delivered items by contacting Royal Watch customer service or using the contact form on the Royal Watch website within 7 days of receiving the items, provided that the products and the packaging are in the same condition in which they were at the time of receipt. The customer is responsible for the risks associated with the transport of items returned to Royal Watch.
If the customer considers that the delivery involves a delay such that he no longer wishes to fulfill the order, it will be his responsibility to cancel it. In cases where the order has already been shipped, the customer is required to receive it. The cancellation will not be valid until the customer has given confirmation to Royal Watch either by email or by telephone. If a product is no longer available, Royal Watch reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer the amount paid. Royal Watch will notify the customer of the possible availability of a replacement or equivalent product.
TERMS FOR COMPLAINTS
It is important that the customer carefully checks the items / products upon receipt of the goods in order to verify that they are not damaged and are correct. If the product has been damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is evident or not, it must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. If upon receipt of the item the customer finds that it is damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered, the customer is required to contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Any complaint must be sent to our customer service via the contact form available on the contact page. Please provide your order number and the reason for the complaint. It will be our pleasure to reply as soon as possible. The same procedure applies for returns. Any defective products returned to Royal Watch must be treated as if they were free from defects. For all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit. Royal Watch reserves the right to replace defective items with items of the same model. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund. If a returned product has no errors or defects, Royal Watch will return it to the customer.
Royal Watch's liability for delivery errors is limited to existing terms of sale. Royal Watch assumes no direct or indirect liability, including, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, loss of data, additional work or other economic damage.
Royal Watch is exempt from any liability for damages and other penalties in relation to the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Factors that could be considered as force majeure include government intervention, new or amended legislation, lack of status, war, fire, flood, worker agitation, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transportation or weather conditions, or disruption of deliveries by suppliers and if the company is exposed to criminal activity affecting the activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on the website and in the material published therein remain the property of Royal Watch or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or archiving of all or any part of it, except for personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Royal Watch.
The website www.royalwatch.it may include user-generated content from, for example, social media applications. Royal Watch does not have any ownership rights in said content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and assumes no legal responsibility towards them. If, for example, you suspect a copyright infringement or any other right, or if someone could in any way feel offended by it, please contact our customer service.
RESERVATION OF THE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP
All products remain the property of Royal Watch until full payment is made.
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities and Royal Watch reserves the right to cancel the purchase if suspicions arise.
